Revised detailed application in Godstone

A detailed planning application for 21 new homes has been prepared and submitted to Tandridge Council on behalf of Thakeham Homes. The scheme involves the redevelopment of a garden centre site in the greenbelt. Working closely with landscape architects, ecologists and highway engineers the scheme has been designed to minimise the impact on the character and openness of the area.
