by colin

Detailed proposals for a new employment building in Easter Park, Aldermaston have been submitted to West Berkshire Council. Working with Vail Williams planning team, UBU Design and Paul Basham Associates we have prepared and submitted a detailed planning application for the development of a site within the highly successful business park in Berkshire, located between Newbury and the M4 Motorway. The design and layout of the building has balanced the needs of the client, the landscape constraints and the character of the existing park.

Detail planning and Listed Building applications have been submitted for a new dwelling adjacent to Mudeford House in Christchurch, Dorset. Working with the landowner, proposals have been drawn up for a a new residential lodge which sits within the curtilage of the existing house. The design and layout of the dwelling maximises the site’s opportunities, backing onto Christchurch Harbour whilst enhancing the character and appearance of the Mudeford Quay Conservation Area, and respecting the setting of the original property.
